How much does it cost to clad the average size home?
It is impossible to give exact prices as all houses vary, however we would be happy to arrange an obligation free measure and quote to enable us to give you a detailed cost analysis.
What surfaces are suitable for cladding?
All surfaces. We can clad onto most surfaces such as fibro, weatherboard, and timber, cement blocks, brick, etc.
What if my house is currently covered with asbestos based product?
We can safely remove and dispose of asbestos products in keeping with Work Cover guidelines
How long will it take to clad my house?
On average it takes between 2-5 days to clad a whole house, but this can vary depending on the scope of the work and factors such as height and sloping blocks.
Who will do the work?
The person who quotes on your property will be the person who does the installation, so they will know exactly what you require and they will be your single point of contact to ensure that you are satisfied with the job before, during and after it is completed.
While construction is in progress will I have to leave my home?
Not at all, work on your house can be completed with minimum disruption. We only require access to a power point.
What are your methods of payment?
The following payment options are accepted - Cash, Cheque, Credit Card, Eftpos, Direct bank transfer & Money order.
When do I have to pay?
First payment is due on delivery of the material with final payment due on completion of all work. All payments are shown in your contract. If it is a large job there may be a progress payment (if so it will be listed on your contract).
What areas do you service?
We are NSW Country specialists, but we can supply cladding to all States and territories, but for a guide to the areas where we can arrange supply and installation please refer to our map.
Can you replace my windows?
Yes, we can replace your windows, we can offer a range of aluminium windows for you to select from.
What are the advantages of cladding now instead of later?
Like everything, the price of cladding increases each year, as does the cost of labour, so avoid the market forces and clad your home now, increasing the value of your home, improving the appearance and reducing your maintenance, giving you time to do the things that you want to do.
What is the warranty on the actual product?
The manufacturer has a 50 year product warranty
Is the cladding maintenance free?
No product is 100% maintenance free, your cladding will require an occassional wash to remove built up dust and grime. For any stubborn marks use the "Caring for your Vinyl Siding" guide.
